Ivan Shamaev
Entrepreneur. Growth Hacker. Educator.

My superpower is to turn your idea from a thought to something magical.

My primary focus is on growth management, innovation, business strategy, and finance.
I started my business career at the age of 18. I have over 10 years of experience in banking - from being a cashier up to serving on the board of directors of a bank. Later, my focus shifted to my own business, the venture market and acceleration programs for startups, which brought me to the United States.

Growth strategy and understanding client needs are my strong points.
I enjoy rolling up my sleeves to ideate, design, and build scalable, game-changing products. I'm a self-starter with a creative and enthusiastic mindset. Problem-solving and business growth are my passions.

I hold a Ph.D. in Finance and I am constantly learning, attending conferences and meetups.

Personally, I love traveling, meeting new cultures and people, coaching, cooking and I am good with my hands.
